{"id":2338,"date":"2023-06-21T09:29:52","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T06:29:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.coeng.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=2338"},"modified":"2023-06-21T09:29:52","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T06:29:52","slug":"competitive-exam-for-students-applying-for-master-and-ph-d-degrees-in-the-department-of-water-resources-engineering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.coeng.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=2338","title":{"rendered":"Competitive Exam for Students Applying for Master and Ph.D Degrees in the Department of Water Resources Engineering"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]After the continuous preparations that took place over the past days and according to the advices of the Dean of the College of Engineering Professor Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul Majeed, the competitive exam was conducted on Tuesday (20-6-2023) for students applying for a Master and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Water Resources Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that this year, with the presence of specialized scientific competencies in the department, witnesses the opening of Ph.D. study in the department after a long period of suspension, in addition to the Master study that existed during the previous academic years. The competitive exam was administered according to direct and follow-up by the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Basim Sh. Abd, members of the scientific committee, and faculty of postgraduate studies in the department. Care was taken to provide the appropriate examination environment for it, including setting the questions for this exam in a way that qualifies the applicant to obtain the certificate is desired.
