The Department of Water Resources Engineering participated in the second forum of distinguished graduation projects, which was held by Al-Mansour University College on Tuesday 16-5-2023 under the\u00a0 part of civil engineering, with four projects out of fifteen projects for all public and private universities, and one group from our department won the first place and a second group won the Third place, the two groups were honored with a medal, a certificate of appreciation, and a sum of money for each of them. The first winning project was titled<\/p>\n

\u201cMeasuring of the Phreatic line in a Model Scale Earth Dam\u201d<\/p>\n

Which was supervised by Prof. Dr. Thamer Mohamed Ahmed. As for the winning students in the fourth stage, they are:<\/p>\n

1- Tuqa Riyad Abd<\/p>\n

2- Asawer Rafid Khaled<\/p>\n

3- Haroun Abdullah Abdel Wahhab<\/p>\n

The Chairman of the department, Prof. Dr. Basim Sh. Abd, praised this participation, and blessed this victory, wishing the supervising professor and all participating students the continuously success.<\/p>\n
