Second- year students of Department of Petroleum Engineering visited\u00a0 Baghdad Oil Training Institute for three consecutive days, with thirty students every day. The students were accompanied on the first day, Tuesday, March 15, 2022 by Dr. Nagham Jassem Fayyad. As for the second day, Wednesday, March 16, 2022, they were accompanied by Dr. Ruwaidah Qaiser Abdul Majeed. On the third day, Thursday, March 17, 2022, the students were accompanied by Dr. Amal Habib Assi. This field trip included a visit to the workshops and laboratories of the Department of Petroleum , including the drilling fluids laboratory, cement, drilling workshops and the educational drilling rig. They were accompanied by the Director of the \u00a0Department of Petroleum Mr. Wissam Hussein, and a number of the faculty members of the\u00a0 department. Members of the Section of The Field Training and members of the Units of Media accompanied the students on their tour as well. The delegation of the Department of Petroleum Engineering visited the institute expressed its gratitude to \u00a0the management of the Department of Petroleum f for facilitating this trip. It is noteworthy to mention that this field trip was organized in order to develop \u00a0the students’ capabilities and to learn more about the laboratories available at the Oil Training Institute.
