Prof. Dr. Aqeel Abdul Aziz Mohammed, Head of the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering, the department organized a workshop entitled <strong>\u201cRSMA Technology in 6G Networks\u201d<\/strong> on Sunday, 25 October 2026. The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Muayyad Khalil Murtadha at the Networks and Electronics Laboratory, with the attendance of several faculty members and staff.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop addressed Rate-Splitting Multiple Access (RSMA), a promising technology for sixth-generation (6G) networks. It highlighted the technology\u2019s role in managing inter-user interference, improving spectral efficiency, and supporting high data transmission rates and reliable communications.
