As part of university activities aimed at supporting the knowledge journey and developing students’ scientific and intellectual skills, a group of students from the Department of Electrical Engineering participated in the Cultural “Information Bank” Competition organized by the Department of Student Activities at the University of Baghdad. The event was held under the slogan ” Your store of knowledge is the measure of your learning,” hosted with warm hospitality by the College of Mass Communication on Monday, October 12, 2026.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The competition, held over two days (Sunday, October 11, 2026, and Monday, October 12, 2026), witnessed broad participation from various colleges and university complexes\u2014including the College of Excellence, the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, the College of Engineering, and the College of Political Science. This reflected high engagement and a vibrant competitive spirit among students across diverse disciplines.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The event featured a remarkably scientific and interactive atmosphere, with diverse questions covering multiple cultural and intellectual fields. This environment provided an ideal opportunity for students to test their knowledge base, enhance rapid thinking skills, and foster teamwork and unified response strategies.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the exciting competition, the College of Mass Communication team was crowned first-place winner after reaching the final match and defeating the College of Veterinary Medicine team, following a series of strong rounds against the other participating teams.<\/p>\n

This participation highlights the commitment of the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Baghdad to involving its students in extracurricular activities and enrichment programs, contributing to holistic student development and bolstering their cultural and academic presence across the university.<\/p>\n
