The Human Rights Unit at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center and the Petroleum Engineering Department, organized a workshop titled \u201cPsychological Challenges in University Life.\u201d<\/em> The session was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Israa Hafidh Qadir to students from the college\u2019s scientific departments.<\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to raise awareness of mental health among students and to highlight the importance of psychological stability as a fundamental pillar of academic success. This aligns with the university\u2019s mission to provide a safe and supportive educational environment that upholds human rights and ensures student dignity.<\/p>\n

The workshop covered key challenges faced by university students, including academic adjustment pressures and anxiety, as well as strategies for building \u201cpsychological resilience\u201d to cope with difficulties. It also offered practical solutions for time and stress management, emphasizing the role of the Human Rights Unit in providing moral and advisory support.<\/p>\n

The workshop concluded with several recommendations.
