{"id":10789,"date":"2026-03-30T09:46:27","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T06:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.coeng.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10789"},"modified":"2026-03-30T09:46:27","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T06:46:27","slug":"educational-workshop-at-the-college-of-engineering-university-of-baghdad-highlights-students-rights-within-educational-institutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.coeng.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10789","title":{"rendered":"Educational Workshop at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad Highlights Students\u2019 Rights within Educational Institutions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul-Majeed, the Human Rights Unit at the College of Engineering, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center and the Department of Petroleum Engineering, organized an educational workshop entitled <strong>\u201cStudents\u2019 Rights within Educational Institutions,\u201d<\/strong> delivered by Assistant Lecturer Israa Hafez Qader.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop aimed to enhance students\u2019 legal awareness of their rights and duties within educational institutions and to promote a culture of mutual respect and the rule of law within the academic environment.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop addressed several important themes, focusing on the rights guaranteed to students by laws and regulations within educational institutions, in addition to highlighting the duties and responsibilities assigned to them.
