It featured presentations of Master\u2019s students\u2019 research projects, followed by in-depth scientific discussions. Supervising professors provided practical guidance aimed at developing and completing the projects in alignment with the department\u2019s academic directions and the requirements of the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>The session included productive scientific discussions that enriched the seminar\u2019s themes. Emphasis was placed on effective time management, leveraging the strengths of the proposed research topics, and addressing areas of weakness to ensure timely completion. Students were also encouraged to select research topics that serve the local community and address real-world challenges in the labor market, while strengthening research methodologies that enable them to publish their work in international indexed journals.
