It also explored the sector\u2019s future prospects, emphasizing the importance of building effective partnerships between universities and oil companies to support students\u2019 career paths and align educational outcomes with labor market needs.<\/p>\n<p>The forum included a keynote speech delivered by the 2026 President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Dr. Olivier Houz\u00e9, who provided a strategic outlook on the future of petroleum engineering.
