The lectures were delivered by Dr. Mohammed Zuhair Abdulameer and Assistant Lecturer Noor Abdulameer Abdulkarim.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop addressed the concept of transitioning from the academic environment to the labor market through adopting the entrepreneurial experience as a contemporary career path aligned with the evolving demands and dynamics of the job market. The lectures emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in transforming academic knowledge into practical projects that contribute to job creation and support the national economy.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop also reviewed the key entrepreneurial skills required by students and graduates, as well as the challenges they may face at the beginning of their professional careers. Practical solutions were proposed to overcome these challenges, alongside highlighting inspiring entrepreneurial experiences and promising fields that students may pursue in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop concluded with several important findings, including that entrepreneurship represents an effective career option that complements traditional employment paths, and that a graduate\u2019s success depends on their ability to integrate academic knowledge with practical application. It also stressed the importance of possessing personal and entrepreneurial skills such as creative thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
