This participation comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance academic competencies and foster engagement with leading international experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Her participation was in response to an official invitation from <strong>The Next Lab<\/strong> in the Netherlands, in strategic cooperation with <strong>Bunyan Foundation for Development and Education<\/strong>. She took part in an intensive professional program leading to the award of a <strong>Professional Diploma in Institutional and Organizational Management<\/strong>, focusing on <strong>design thinking strategies<\/strong> and <strong>institutional innovation<\/strong>, with the aim of transferring these advanced experiences to the academic and research environment in Iraq.<\/p>\n<p>The program included a series of <strong>field visits<\/strong> to prominent Dutch institutions, notably the <strong>Amsterdam Public Library<\/strong>, where participants explored knowledge management models and the transformation of public spaces into cultural and community hubs; the <strong>University of Amsterdam<\/strong>, to learn about mechanisms for linking academic research with the business sector and community innovation; and the <strong>Sustainable Development Goals House<\/strong>, where practical solutions to global challenges were discussed, along with ways to align local projects in Iraq with the <strong>United Nations Sustainable Development Goals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Lecturer Manar Naji affirmed that this participation aims to employ <strong>leadership and innovation skills<\/strong> in developing academic and administrative work within the Department of Electrical Engineering, contributing to the <strong>enhancement of educational outcomes<\/strong> and reinforcing the role of the University of Baghdad as a <strong>center of knowledge dissemination and a driver of positive change<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;10237&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;] Assistant Lecturer Manar Naji Ghaib, a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the College of &#8230; <a class=\"cz_readmore\" href=\"https:\/\/en.coeng.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=10234\"><i class=\"fa fa-angle-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0632\u064a\u062f<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":165,"featured_media":10236,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[7,15,4,59,67,50],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10234","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-constant-links","category-electrical-engineering","category-important-links","category-sdg9","category-sdg17","category-sustainability"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
